Rough Cut Lumber

Ten Penni Saw Mills and our partner, Memphis Woodcraft, have been in the small-scale slab and lumber selling business for over 10 years. This partnership allows us to operate at two different small-shop locations. This keeps our overhead low, and our prices the most competitive in the Mid-South. We pride ourselves on great customer service, advice, and a desire to keep you coming back! 

While there are a multitude of sellers offering slabs and lumber in local Memphis and online markets, much of this lumber is what we call green lumber. Green lumber is not properly dried, and not acceptable for any use until it is -- which takes time. Many clients are told that lumber is dry, only to find out that the lumber is still over 20-30% moisture, which will lead to a multitude of problems once your project is complete. 

All of our lumber is 100% kiln dried to 6-10%, and ready for surfacing and working as soon as it is unloaded from the kiln!
